Cancellation and refund conditions

The consumer's right to terminate the service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"

If you paid for participation in the event, but circumstances have changed and you cannot participate, you must send a request for a refund to info@grbusinessunion.com no later than 24 hours before the event. It is necessary to indicate your full bank details (full name, name of the bank branch, BIK, account number).

If the goods were paid for by a bank card - refunds for goods or services paid for by a bank card are made only to the card of the client who paid for the goods. If, at the time of the return of the goods, the client's card has ceased to be valid (lost, expired, returned to the bank), the refund can be made to another card of the same client, or to a bank account at the request of the client.

The actual time for returning funds to the buyer's bank card takes from 3 to 5 working days, but in some cases it can take up to 40 days, depending on the issuing bank that issued the card.
