Lyan Andrey Igorevich

AI Lyan was born in 1969 in Alma-Ata.


Graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University in 1991.

After graduation, he worked at the Space Research Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 1996, Andrey Igorevich began his career at Procter & Gable as a systems analyst in the IT department, and in 2001 became the head of the IT department at Procter & Gamble in Central Asia and the Caucasus.

In 2002 Andrey Igorevich accepted the offer to head the Department of External Relations. 

In 2009, Andrei Igorevich moved to Moscow and continued his career at Procter & Gamble in Russia as a manager of the External Relations Department, and after restructuring the department, as a senior manager of the Department for Government Relations.

In 2014, Andrey Igorevich moved to Cargill as the head of the department for interaction with the public and authorities.

With more than twenty years of experience in the corporate sector, Andrey Igorevich is a recognized specialist in various areas of PR and GR in Russia and the CIS countries. In addition to his main work, A.I. Liang is involved in teaching. Andrey Igorevich conducts several corporate trainings in the field of personal leadership and communication skills, a lecture course "Negotiation Skills" at the RANEPA, and also gives guest lectures on GR tools at advanced training courses in the field of GR and lobbying at MGIMO.
